For 2 decades, I followed the "path to success" and when I hit my dream destination (the company, the location, the title, the paycheck, the benefits...) I didn't feel successful. I felt shallow and unfulfilled.
Since, I took big risks and have turned my life around.
I believe that work should not dictate the life you have. Work should support the life you want.
Now, I help ambitious people grow personally and professionally in a healthy and sustainable way, so that they can live the life they desire.
Let Me Tell You A True Story
One day, the CEO of a large US corporation hired an executive coach. He was in his last 60's and a very successful man.
Part of his coaching agreement included a 360-review with his team and his family.
After conducting the interviews, his coach delivered the report.
First, his team. He got emotional.
Then, his family. Tears poured down his eyes.
His coach gave him a minute and once he calmed down, she asked "what moved you?"
He answered: "I just realized that my team would jump off a cliff for me. But my kids would not."
Hearing this story broke my heart. It is sadly too common.

A monthly 90-min mastermind group call (up to 5 participants)
1 to 2 1:1 coaching & mentoring call (depending on the level of support you prefer)
